According to reports, TSMC will hold a 2nm expansion ceremony at its Kaohsiung factory on March 31 and accept 2nm wafer orders from April 1 onwards. According to TSMC's plan, 2nm wafers will be mass-produced simultaneously at the Baoshan and Kaohsiung factories in Hsinchu in the second half of this year. Analysts say that the iPhone 18 series, which will be launched in the second half of 2026, will be equipped with either the A20 processor or the world's first 2nm process.
